My purpose is hosting individuals and communities through transformative change.
I have 20+ years of experience in community leadership, group facilitation, and individual counseling. I hold a Masters in Divinity (2008), a Masters in Social Work (2009) and a PhD in philosophy and religious studies with a focus in women and gender studies (2017).
I work within the linage of living systems theory as taught through Art of Hosting, The Circle Way, and Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy.
Spiritually I grew up Quaker and hold ordination with the United Church of Christ. I also have been trained and continue to learn in the traditions of hatha yoga, Ifa (African diasporic practice), and esoteric folk magic.
I identify as queer and build community with many wonderful neighbors, friends and lovers. I grew up in the Northwest and enjoy hanging out with my three children and goofy goldendoodle, growing medicinal herbs, dancing to live music, and finding quiet time for silent retreat.
